This position is responsible for the proper operation of the label machine to ensure the proper label is attached in the approved manner.
Overtime will depend on operational needs
Essential Functions, Responsibilities, Job Duties:
Operates/monitors the label machineEnsures the proper label is utilizedIdentifies problems and initites adjustmentsCleans/lubricates label machineMaintain proper housekeepingOther duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions.Good communication skills.Requires the use of judgement to plan, perform and make decisions.Ability to use small hand tools. Education:
High School education or equivalent
Experience:
One to 3 months experience and/or trainingMechanical ability helpful.
Physical Requirements:
Requires to sit, talk, hear, walk, climb & stoop, kneel or crouch. Lifting is up to 50lbs. Constant walking/standing on concrete floors, elevated surfaces.
