Caseworker / Recovery Case Specialist

Collateral Recovery Team is seeking a highly organized and dependable individual to join our operations team as a Caseworker. This role is responsible for managing recovery assignments from start to finish, ensuring accurate documentation, client communication, compliance, and coordination with field agents.This is a fast-paced administrative position that plays a critical role in the success of our recovery operations. Training will be provided for the right candidate with strong organizational and communication skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage recovery assignments from intake to completionReview and verify account information for accuracy and complianceDispatch assignments to field agents and monitor progressCommunicate professionally with lenders, forwarders, and clients regarding case statusMaintain accurate documentation within company software systemsSubmit condition reports, updates, and required documentation to clients in a timely mannerEnsure compliance with all state laws, client guidelines, and company policiesProcess redemption requests and coordinate vehicle releasesHandle sensitive customer information with confidentiality and professionalismTrack timelines and ensure all required updates are completed within service level expectationsAssist with audits and internal reporting as needed

Work EnvironmentPrimarily indoor, office-based roleRegular use of computers, recovery software platforms, and mobile communication toolsFast-paced, deadline-driven environment requiring multitasking

RequirementsPunctual, reliable, and detail-orientedStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to manage multiple cases simultaneouslyProfessional written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently without micromanagementBasic to intermediate computer proficiency (email, data entry, document management systems)Ability to handle confidential information responsiblyStrong problem-solving skills and ability to think criticallyAdjust schedules when volume increasesClean, professional appearanceBilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not requiredPrior experience in repossession, collections, or transportation logistics is a plus but not required
