Owner Operators and Independent Contractors
Join our family owned team as a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) A Truck Driver and take the wheel of our fleet to deliver freight efficiently and safely across various routes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to operate a tractor-trailers. As a vital link in our logistics chain, you'll ensure timely deliveries while adhering to all safety and regulatory standards.

We offer for Independent Contractor drivers:
- 0.70cpm all miles paid
- 3500 + miles
- $2500+ weekly check
- 1099
- direct deposit every Friday
- Dry Van
- Detentions paid
- Midwest and south runs
- Freightliners automatic
Requirements:
- 2 years OTR minimum
- Clean record
- MVR and PSP consent
- References from previous employers
- Macropoint and other apps for tracking
For Owner operators:
- Dry Van
- Gross $8500+
- Company fee 12% from gross
- Trailer rent $800 per month or $1000 with our maintenance
- Fuel card with up to 20% discounts on every Pilot and Flying J's
- Pre pass
- Cargo $300 weekly
- Direct deposit every Friday

- Clean record
- MVR and PSP consent
- References from previous employers
- Macropoint and other apps for tracking
Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks, tractor-trailers on over-the-road (OTR) routes.
- Navigate routes efficiently using GPS navigation systems to meet delivery schedules while optimizing fuel consumption.
- Comply with FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration), DOT (Department of Transportation).
- Handle logistics cargo with care.
- Perform pre-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
- Document all deliveries accurately in logs and reports; communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding route status or issues.
- Maintain a professional driving record by adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations at all times.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial truck driving with a valid CDL A license; familiarity with manual transmission preferred.
- Understanding of FMCSA regulations, DOT rules.
- Skilled in route driving using GPS navigation systems to optimize delivery times across diverse routes including OTR driving routes.
- Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record; experience in delivery driving across various freight types is preferred.
- Good communication skills for coordinating with dispatch teams
