Cemetery Grounds Maintenance

NorthStar Memorial Group is seeking a Seasonal Maintenance Employee at Mountain View Cemetery in Lakewood, WA . In this role, the maintenance crew gains transferable skills fostering even more of a sense of purpose. Responsibilities General Facility Maintenance, including o: Cleans and maintains the facility, performs minor repairs, painting, etc. Vehicle and equipment washing/cleaning Groundskeeping, including: Cuts grass.

Maintains lawn and trims around trees, walkways, and memorial markers Blows leaf and grass Edges with stick edger Clears debris and maintains drives and walkways in a safe condition. Cleans ponds and fountains Hand digs/trenching Pressure washing parking areas as needed Compensation- $17.13-$19/hr. Qualifications High school or equivalent education preferred Ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs and moving the whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials 6 + months of experience in grounds keeping preferred We are an equal-opportunity employer.
