CERTIFIED OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT

As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant at Solaris HealthCare, you will deliver resident-centered therapy services in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. Working under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans that promote safety, functional independence, and quality of life for adults and seniors requiring short-term rehab, post-acute care, memory care, or long-term services. Responsibilities include ADL training, functional mobility, therapeutic exercise, cognitive and perceptual activities, equipment use training, and thorough EMR documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.

You will collaborate closely with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams, participate in care planning and family education, and uphold high clinical and infection-control standards.
