Certified Physical Therapy Assistant

Solaris HealthCare is seeking a Certified Physical Therapy Assistant to support rehabilitation services for seniors in our skilled nursing and long-term care community. In this resident-centered role, you will deliver treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist, including therapeutic exercises, gait and transfer training, and mobility programs to improve strength, balance, and function. You will document progress in the EMR, educate residents and families, and collaborate with nursing and rehab teams.
