Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Ideal Start: immediately, potential need April 27 or May 4

Coverage Details:

Coverage needed per month, or specific dates: every Monday & Tuesday for GI procedures

Schedule Details: Monday & Tuesday, 8a-4P but as stated above we are usually done before 3p

Frequency of Call if needed: no call required

Coverage every Monday & Tuesday, 8a-4p but most days procedures are done by 3p, gastroenterology only (colonoscopy & EGDs), small critical access hospital about 1 hour south of St. Louis, will be working independently with no other anesthesia provider at our facility.

Work Details:

Department Description: small CAH 1 OR room, 1 pre-op bay, 1 PACU bay

Support Staff: OR staff 4 RNs and 1 ORT, ER doctor on site 24/7, NP on site 8a-5p M-F

Patient Volume: 8-12 patients

Number of Cases per day: 8-12 procedures/day

Number of ORs: 1

Patient Age Group: 18 to

Special Skills/Procedures (preferred or required): work independently, comfortable with GI procedures colonoscopy & EGDs only

Special Equipment Used: Pyxis for meds, Mindray anesthesia machine

Willing to License: IMLC YES, not willing to fully license MO candidates

Client to cover travel

LOCAL ONLY since only x2 days per week
