We've worked hard to create an environment of honesty and passion that sets everyone up for success.We are looking for a high-ownership Channel Lead (Credit Cards Acquisition) to build and scale offline acquisition channels for Scapia's credit card business. This role will own end-to-end performance across promoter-led activations, DSAs, wealth manager partnerships, and corporate tie-ups.You will be responsible for driving high-quality customer acquisition at scale, building strong channel partnerships, and ensuring operational excellence across geographies.
Key Responsibilities1. Channel Strategy & ExpansionOwn the offline acquisition strategy across:Promoter-led setupsDirect Selling Agents (DSAs)Wealth managers / financial advisorsCorporate partnerships & on-ground activationsIdentify and onboard new high-potential partners and geographiesContinuously optimize channel mix for cost, quality, and scale2. Channel OwnershipBuild and manage promoter-led acquisition across offline channelsDesign on-ground engagement models to maximize conversionsEnsure consistent branding, training, and customer experience across locationsTrack productivity per center/promoter/channel and drive improvements3.
Partner Management (DSAs, Wealth, Corporate)Source, onboard, and manage DSAs and channel partnersBuild relationships with wealth managers for premium customer acquisitionDrive corporate tie-ups for employee acquisition programsNegotiate commercials, incentives, and SLAs4. Execution & Performance ManagementOwn end-to-end funnel: lead generation application approval activationTrack KPIs such as:Cost per acquisition (CPA)Approval ratesActivation ratesChannel-wise productivityImplement performance dashboards and reporting mechanisms5. Training & GovernanceDesign and roll out training programs for promoters and partnersEnsure compliance with regulatory and internal policiesMonitor quality of sourcing to minimize fraud and mis-selling6.
Cross-functional CollaborationWork closely with:Product & Growth teams to refine acquisition journeysOperations teams for smoother onboarding and fulfillmentMarketing teams for collateral and campaign support Ideal Candidate Profile :Experience4-8 years of experience in channel management / offline acquisitionPrior experience in credit cards or unsecured lending is strongly preferredHands-on experience managing:DSAs / channel partnersOn-ground sales teams or promoter networksCorporate or institutional partnershipsSkills & Competencies :Strong understanding of credit card acquisition funnelsProven ability to scale offline channels from scratchData-driven approach to decision-makingExcellent stakeholder and partner management skillsStrong execution mindset with attention to detailComfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments
