Job Role:We are hiring CDP / ACDP chefs for a corporate cafeteria kitchen in Chennai.You will cook and manage food production for large number of employees in a company cafeteria setup.
Work Type:High volume cooking (bulk food production)Team kitchen work (not restaurant service)Fixed menu / standard recipesFast and disciplined kitchen environment
Must Have Experience:CDP / ACDP / Chef experience in hotel or catering kitchenExperience in bulk cooking / large quantity food productionKnowledge of basic kitchen hygiene and food safetyAble to work in team and follow instructions
Good to Have:Corporate cafeteria experienceCentral kitchen / banquet / industrial kitchen experienceRegional language preferred.
