Chief Estimator- Commercial Projects

Leading Commercial Construction firm is looking for a Chief Estimator with at least 8+ years of proposal, bid-work, estimating and management of Commercial projects. This is an excellent opportunity with a generous starting salary, advancement opportunities and an excellent benefits package!

Responsibilities

• Interpret drawings and specs
• Solicit quotes and complete estimate
• Determine time frame of project
• Review estimated projects alongside Project Managers, and Superintendents to complete bid

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Commercial Construction estimating
• High dollar project estimation experience ($5M+)
• Ability to read and navigate plans and specifications
• Good interpersonal skills
• Detailed orientated
• Experience with Smartbid, Procore, Microsoft Office Programs, takeoffs
