Chief Financial Officer

We’re looking for a hands‑on financial leader to partner closely with the CEO and drive profitability, operational discipline, and long‑term growth. This role blends day‑to‑day financial leadership with strategic influence across the business, including M&A, capital strategy, and operational performance.

What You’ll Do

• Drive margin improvement through cost discipline, pricing insight, and operational analysis
• Partner with operations to identify inefficiencies across labor, materials, and project costing
• Build scalable financial processes, systems, and forecasting capabilities
• Lead and align Accounting, IT, and Equipment functions
• Leverage data and analytics to improve decision‑making and performance
• Support M&A strategy, diligence, and integration
• Own financial planning, capital allocation, and risk management
• Manage relationships with shareholders, lenders, and bonding partners
• Contribute to board reporting, governance, and long‑term ownership planning
