Gratwick is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy and operations for our innovative entertainment and media company.

About the Role:

As CFO, you will oversee all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and investor relations. You'll work closely with the CEO and executive team to drive sustainable growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with company goals
• Lead fundraising efforts and manage investor relationships
• Oversee accounting, financial reporting, and compliance
• Build and manage the finance team
• Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team
• Manage cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasting

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including CFO or VP Finance roles
• Experience in entertainment, media, or technology industries preferred
• Strong background in startup or growth-stage company finance
• MBA or CPA preferred
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Compensation:

This is an equity-based position with significant upside potential as a founding executive team member. Salary compensation will be milestone-based as the company grows.
