Chief Growth & Marketing Officer We’re looking for an exceptional Chief Growth & Marketing Officer to join our Executive Leadership Team and lead the next phase of our growth journey across the UK & Ireland. About the role As CGMO, you’ll be responsible for creating and delivering a growth agenda that drives sustainable revenue, customer engagement and long‑term brand value across our retail estate, e‑commerce channels, grocery partnerships and strategic accounts. You’ll bring together Brand & Innovation, Commercial Marketing, and Customer & Loyalty to create a high‑performing, commercially accountable growth engine that accelerates business performance and unlocks future opportunities.
Key responsibilities Developing and executing a multi‑year growth strategy Leading customer acquisition, retention and loyalty performance Identifying new growth opportunities, customer segments and revenue streams Partnering across Retail, Sales, Supply Chain and Finance to drive business performance Leading the evolution of the Krispy Kreme brand across every customer touchpoint Delivering impactful campaigns, activations and product launches Creating meaningful cultural relevance while driving commercial results Building an exciting pipeline of products, propositions and customer experiences Identifying emerging consumer trends and future growth opportunities Ensuring innovation delivers both customer excitement and commercial return Driving growth across retail, grocery, e‑commerce, delivery and gifting channels Leading pricing, promotions, range optimisation and commercial marketing strategy Ensuring decisions are informed by customer, category and market insight Owning the customer lifecycle from acquisition through advocacy Leading the continued development of loyalty, CRM and digital engagement Driving customer lifetime value through data‑led decision making Leading and developing high‑performing teams across Brand & Innovation, Commercial Marketing, and Customer & Loyalty Building a culture of accountability, creativity, collaboration and continuous improvement Developing future talent and organisational capability Qualifications Significant senior leadership experience in growth, marketing, commercial or customer leadership roles A strong track record of driving profitable revenue growth Experience leading large, multi‑disciplinary teams Expertise in brand, customer, digital and commercial strategy Strong commercial acumen with the ability to link investment decisions to business outcomes Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills Experience operating at Executive or Board level A passion for innovation, customer experience and building high‑performing teams Ambition, energy and leadership capability to help shape the future of Krispy Kreme UK & Ireland Benefits Free doughnut & hot drinks every shift Generous team discounts across all our products Training & development to help you grow your career with us Recognition & celebrations for great work and special moments Competitive pay and opportunities for progression Pension scheme and life assurance (eligibility applies) A fun, friendly environment where everyone’s welcome and teamwork makes the magic happen Exclusive savings through our Treat Box discount platform Support Office roles eligible for Private Healthcare Free access to our Wellbeing & Belonging service Why Krispy Kreme?
