Civil Litigation Attorney Overview Our firm is currently collaborating with a distinguished full-service defense law firm boasting 19 offices and over 120 lawyers nationwide. We are seeking a Trial Attorney with 2-5 years of civil litigation experience, defense experience is strongly preferred. Responsibilities Direct and lead legal files related to General Liability Defense.

Provide initial analysis of cases and develop case strategy. Conduct discovery, including document reviews and interrogatories. Take depositions of relevant parties and witnesses.

Draft legal motions and attend hearings. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients. Assist and lead in trial proceedings.
