Civil Sector Scheduler at GIP

Take the next step in your career as a Planner/Scheduler at Green Infrastructure Partners. This position is integral to supporting project execution in the Transportation/Civil sector through effective scheduling and estimating practices. In this role, you will report to the Planning Director and work closely with the project team to develop comprehensive schedules in Primavera P6.

Your expertise will help in ensuring project milestones are achieved while communicating effectively with stakeholders and managing deviations throughout the project's lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: • Review and analyze project documentation • Establish and support project schedules • Conduct weekly progress meetings with site management • Identify and address schedule-related issues promptly • Provide timely updates on project trends and forecasts Requirements: • 1-3 years of experience in the civil or transportation industry • Experience with MTO projects is a plus • Valid G driver’s license essential • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks successfully Enhance your skills in a collaborative environment at Green Infrastructure Partners. #J-18808-Ljbffr
