At e-Hireo, we're expanding our footprint and looking for a driven Business Development / Client Acquisition professionals ( Preferred candidates :1-2 years relevant experience) who wants real ownership and revenue impact.
Hyderabad-based candidates preferred Work From Home Experience: 1-2 Years
What You'll Do:Generate leads through cold outreach, LinkedIn & networking.Pitch recruitment solutions to startups & enterprise clientsUnderstanding hiring needs of client & position e-Hireo as a strategic hiring partner.Initiate and develop conversations with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Managers, Founders, and Talent Leaders through social media, Networking events and Summits.Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets and sectors.Own revenue targets and build long-term client relationshipsHas proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads within a client acquisition role in recruitment domain.Setting up and attending meetings with prospective customers to sell the company's services.Working closely with members of the team to generate new business within large accounts.Manage social media calendar and assist in creating hiring posts and company updates.
What we're looking for:1-2 years experience in B2B sales / Business developmentInterest in recruitment / talent acquisition industryPreferred candidates who have experience of Client Acquisition within recruitment domain.Strong LinkedIn outreach skillsHyderabad -based candidates preferredStrong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work in a cross-functional set-up and work with our recruitment team in co-ordination.
