Client Manager - Wealth Management Leicester (Hybrid) £28,000-£33,000 + Bonus Location: Enderby, Leicester (free parking, hybrid working after initial training) Salary: £28,000-£33,000 depending on qualifications and experience, plus discretionary bonus Type: Full-time, permanent Own your own client portfolio at one of the UK's best firms to work for This is a Client Manager role with a difference. Rather than sitting in a processing queue, you'll be the named internal owner of your own portfolio of high-net-worth clients - the person they call, the person who knows their situation, and the person who makes things happen behind the scenes for the Financial Planners and Investment Managers you support.Our client is a Chartered pensions and investment firm, established for over 40 years, looking after more than £1.1bn of client assets from a single Leicestershire office. What you'll be doing Acting as the key internal point of contact for your own portfolio of individual, corporate, trust and charity clientsPreparing, collating and issuing meeting packs for annual reviews, including performance analysis and recommendations prepared with the Paraplanning and Investment teamsProcessing transfers, contributions, withdrawals and investment changes across pension and investment products, accurately and to deadlineIssuing meeting notes and driving action points through to completion using task management in IntellifloLiaising daily with Financial Planners, Paraplanners, in-house SIPP and SSAS teams, and third-party platforms including Pershing, Quilter and AvivaMaintaining accurate client records across Intelliflo, Virtual Cabinet, Moneyinfo and provider systemsCommunicating with clients and professional connections (accountants, solicitors) by phone, email, letter and secure portalHandling client invoicing and fee processing, plus bespoke documents and calculations as needed What you'll need Essential:Experience in a financial services administration roleGood technical knowledge of pensions and investments and their use in financial planningConfident communication with clients, providers and professional connectionsStrong record-keeping, time management and the judgement to work within your authority and refer when appropriate What's on offer £28,000-£33,000 salary plus discretionary bonusPension with 5% employer contribution, rising with service, with salary sacrifice available24 days' holiday plus bank holidays, rising with service4x salary life assurance and a Health Cash PlanHybrid working following initial training, and free on-site parkingChartered firm culture with funded exam support and a clear development path
