Full Time Client Relations Full Time Openings Available. Interact directly with customers and respond to questions in a friendly manner.

Take orders over the phone, in person, via email, and through website.

Develop a working understanding of the basic Blossom Flower Shops' Design Standard and Quality Control.

Assist in marketing efforts and VIP Client Relations.

Day to day responsibilities are based on business needs and include, but may not be limited to front end and phone sales, office inventory & restocking, marketing, and website & product maintenance.

Job Requirements

Computer experience including working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email programs.

Experience in phone sales

Customer Service Experience
