We're looking for a Client Relations Manager who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and being the bridge between clients and our team.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Welcome and assist clients visiting Experience Grava.
\n
• Understand client requirements and guide them through our stone collections and applications.
\n
• Build and nurture relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and homeowners.
\n
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and showroom visits.
\n
• Follow up with enquiries, quotations, and project discussions.
\n
• Work closely with the sales and design teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
\n
• Maintain client records and manage CRM updates.
\n
• Ensure every interaction reflects the premium experience of the Grava brand.
\n

What We're Looking For\n

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\n
• A warm, confident, and professional personality.
\n
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
\n
• Experience in client servicing, relationship management, hospitality, luxury retail, or architecture/interior-related industries is preferred.
\n
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
