Job Description: Our client, a reputable wealth management firm, is seeking a Client Service Executive to join their team in Leeds on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid, client‑facing role responsible for managing client relationships across the full lifecycle. You will act as a central point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring all administrative processes are completed efficiently and in line with internal procedures.
This role offers support for professional qualifications and scope to progress down the Investment Manager route. Experience in a similar financial services role, managing end‑to‑end administrative processes. Previous client‑facing experience is desirable.
Understanding of financial services products and the regulatory environment. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills and a client‑focused approach.
Investment Operations Certificate (or working towards) is desirable. Core Responsibilities: Manage end‑to‑end client lifecycle processes, including onboarding, account opening, transfers, payments, and amendments. Act as the primary point of contact for client administration queries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Liaise with investment teams, operations, and other departments to ensure a seamless client experience. Support client suitability processes, including gathering information and preparing documentation.
Assist with portfolio valuation processes and ongoing client reporting. Attend client meetings and provide administrative support where required. Handle more complex lifecycle events, including estate and probate cases.
Ensure all processes are completed in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements. Identify and escalates opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.
