In this permanent full-time role, you will report to the Manager and support efficient operations of Youth Forensic Services.
Your leadership will guide staff, implement quality initiatives, and ensure cohesive communication among teams. You'll collaborate to organize learning opportunities for staff and coordinate patient care assignments, making a significant impact on mental health and addiction services. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and support Youth Forensic Services' operations • Facilitate quality initiatives to improve patient care • Coordinate staff learning and orientation for new hires • Liaise with internal departments and external partners • Organize patient care assignments effectively Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required • Eligible for registration with NSCN • Five years clinical nursing experience, with mental health focus • Current NCI Certification required • Preferred: one year leadership experience Enhance your leadership skills and clinical expertise in a rewarding role at IWK Health. #J-18808-Ljbffr
