The company offers a professional work environment with exposure to large-scale developments and long-term career growth opportunities.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pre Sales Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Pre Sales Executive will engage with prospective customers, respond to inquiries, and provide detailed information on projects, pricing, and payment plans.
Responsibilities include conducting site visits with potential buyers, maintaining lead databases, following up through calls and messages, and coordinating with the sales team to support closures. The role also involves preparing basic pre-sales materials, capturing customer requirements, and ensuring a positive and professional experience for all visitors and prospects.QualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle customer queries confidently.Basic sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management abilities, especially in real estate or related sectors.Having good channel partner connects.Proficiency in using phones, email, and common office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM tools) for lead tracking and reporting.Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple leads, site visits, and follow-ups efficiently.Fluency in English and local languages (such as Kannada and Hindi) preferred for effective customer interactions.Prior experience in pre-sales, inside sales, or customer-facing roles in real estate, hospitality, or financial services is an advantage.Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field is preferred.Willingness to work on-site, including weekends or peak hours, as per business requirements.
