Certified Nursing Assistant - Long Term Care Schedule

Full Time Nights, 5x8 per week, Every Other Weekend, Holiday required 5x7.5 Assignment Details

Guaranteed Hours: 37.5 hrs per week

Contract Length: 14 weeks Requirements

• NYS Nursing Assistant Certification
• One (1) year of previous Long Term Care experience Roles & Responsibilities
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as outlined in the plan of care and ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
• Maintain residents' safety and a clean environment while following policies and procedures.
• Support residents' nutritional needs and preferences by assisting with meal delivery and feeding as needed.
• Provide rehabilitative support, including range of motion exercises and proper body alignment.
• Report any changes in residents' physical, emotional, or psychosocial status to the supervising nurse promptly.
