CNC Machinist/Programmer - Lathe & Mill Aerospace & Defense

H&H Machining Center, Inc. is a precision machining job shop located in Valencia, CA, specializing in aerospace and defense components. We are AS9100D certified and ITAR registered. We are seeking an experienced Senior CNC Machinist/Programmer to join our team on a full-time basis.

Position: Senior CNC Prototype Machinist/Programmer Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift Location: Valencia, CA 91355 Responsibilities: • Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills (3, 4, and 5-axis) • Program parts from scratch using Mastercam or Fusion 360 (G-code knowledge required) • Machine prototype and low-volume precision components from blueprints • Work with materials including aluminum, steel, stainless steel, titanium, and Inconel • Perform in-process inspection using standard measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, CMM) • Maintain tight tolerances ( 0.0005" or better) • Troubleshoot toolpaths and optimize cutting parameters • Follow AS9100D quality procedures and ITAR regulations • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams Requirements: • 7+ years of CNC machining experience (lathe and mill) • Proficiency in CAM programming (Mastercam preferred, Fusion 360 accepted) • Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T • Experience with aerospace/defense parts preferred • Familiarity with AS9100D quality systems a plus • Self-starter with strong attention to detail • Must be a U.S. Person (required for ITAR compliance) Benefits: • Competitive hourly wage ($35-$45/hr DOE) • Health insurance • Paid time off • Stable, long-term employment in a growing shop • Work on exciting aerospace and defense projects About H&H Machining Center: H&H Machining Center has been delivering precision machined components for the aerospace, defense, and industrial sectors for over 40 years.
