Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Jam-Up Saw Operator

Responsibilities:

• Operate industrial band saws to cut metal materials to precise specifications.
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and measuring tools.
• Accurately measure, mark, and verify material dimensions.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure all cuts meet specifications.
• Safely load, unload, and organize raw materials.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating industrial saws in a manufacturing or machine shop environment preferred.
• Ability to read tape measures and use precision measuring instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.

CNC Operator

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings.
• Measure and inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work areas clean.
• Follow all safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous CNC machining experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts.
• Reliable attendance and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
