CNC Programmer / Manufacturing Engineer (Mazak / Mastercam)

Position Summary
The CNC Programmer / Manufacturing Engineer will serve as the primary programming resource for new and existing Mazak vertical milling operations. This role is responsible for developing clean, reliable, production‐ready CNC programs, supporting machinists on the shop floor, and ensuring all machining documentation meets Eaton standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Mazak vertical mills using Mastercam based on 3D models.

• Convert legacy Mastercam programs into modern, editable versions.

• Prepare programs ahead of machine installation.

• Collaborate with machinists and engineers.

• Support machining of aluminum housings and steel shafts.

• Create/update manufacturing drawings; generate 2D drawings from 3D models.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Mastercam expertise.

• Hybrid programmer/machinist.

• 5+ years programming experience (10+ preferred).

• Strong 3D CAD skills (CATIA preferred; SolidWorks/Creo acceptable).

• Ability to create programs from scratch.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future
• Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
