MRO Holding is an aircraft maintenance organization dedicated to providing maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services to aviation customers.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Commercial Analyst to support contractual control, service validation and billing processes. This role ensures that services performed in operations are aligned with contractual agreements and correctly invoiced, contributing directly to business profitability.

This is not a sales role; it is an analytical and control-oriented position interacting with Operations, Commercial and Finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and apply contractual terms and commercial conditions.
• Validate service hours and material consumption according to contracts.
• Review and control additional charges not included in fixed agreements.
• Consolidate supporting documentation for invoicing and collection processes.
• Analyze deviations between actual vs. quoted values and report findings.
• Prepare reports for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance and Commercial areas to resolve discrepancies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Commercial Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial analysis, contracts, billing, or cost control.
• Experience in aviation, MRO or technical service industries is highly desirable.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Advanced English proficiency (required): ability to read and analyze contracts, prepare reports and communicate professionally in written and spoken English.
