Commercial Finance Analyst (Hiring Immediately)

Responsibilities

Support commercial deals with financial analysis and trending

Perform monthly reporting orders, commitments, convertible sales and commercial KPIs

Lead business unit bi-weekly commitment and convertibility reviews

Assist commercial teams in determining commercial finance risk solutions in deal offerings

Assist in monthly forecasting reviews for commercial operations

Lead reporting for Remaining Performance Obligations (RPOs)

Provide day to day supervision for contractor resources supporting commercial finance operations

Perform monthly pricing reporting analysis for Services parts organization detailing win/loss metrics

Perform bookkeeping efforts for the Commercial operations and support leadership reporting requests

Improve commercial finance processes using lean techniques

Perform special projects for the commercial finance organization on an as needed basis

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

2 years of work experience in related finance field

Advanced Accounting knowledge and bookkeeping skills

Proficient in problem solving and prioritizing

Excellent project management skills

Detail oriented

Proficient Excel skills

Proficient financial reporting and data mining skills
