Job Description

• Prepare and analyse financial reports to support business decisions.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Provide financial insights to enhance business performance.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial compliance.
• Monitor and control costs across the organisation.
• Oversee month-end and year-end financial processes.
• Support strategic initiatives with financial modelling and analysis.
• Manage and develop a small finance team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Finance Manager should have:

• A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• A background in the healthcare industry is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.

• Salary ranging from £50,000 to £60,000, dependent on the level of experience.
