Key Responsibilities: Perform preventative maintenance to minimize equipment failures Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and system issues Service and maintain equipment including chillers, RTUs, VAVs, boilers, and controls Collaborate with experienced technicians to continuously improve your skills Accurately document service work and system conditions Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction, system reliability, and operational performance.
