Commercial Litigation Associate requires: 2 10 years of experience in commercial or business litigation Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills

Experience with pleadings, motion practice, discovery, trial prep Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment JD from an accredited law school and admission to the New York Bar

NO personal injury, insurance defense, consumer credit or residential/foreclosure work NEED to APPLY Exceptional reputation in high-stakes litigation on behalf of Long Island, NYC and Capital Region clients Exposure to complex business disputes litigated in state and federal courts
