Commercial Project Manager FMCG | German

Do you enjoy working with multiple stakeholders and ensuring that products, timelines, and customer expectations all come together successfully?We are looking for a German-speaking Commercial Project Coordinator to oversee the successful execution of customer projects within an international retail environment. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between sales, sourcing, operations, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to agreed specifications.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong interest in both project management and sales who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international setting.Coordinate and manage customer projects from initial brief through final delivery.Translate customer requirements and commercial agreements into clear internal action plans.Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple departments.Act as a central point of coordination between internal teams and external partners.Identify potential bottlenecks, delays, or risks and proactively drive solutions.Ensure accurate execution of product specifications, packaging requirements, pricing information, and logistical details.Prepare and maintain project documentation, customer files, and reporting.Support customer implementation activities and follow up on ongoing projects.Collaborate closely with Sales, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Product Development teams.
