We are looking for an ambitious and highly driven Commercial Real Estate & Leasing Manager to lead property acquisition, leasing, occupancy growth, and client relationship management across our expanding portfolio.

This role is ideal for professionals who have a strong network in commercial real estate, corporate leasing, coworking, managed office solutions, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Property Acquisition

Identify and secure new commercial properties suitable for managed office and coworking operations. Build relationships with landlords, developers, brokers, and property owners across Bengaluru. Evaluate market opportunities and negotiate favorable commercial terms for property acquisitions and lease agreements.

Continuously expand Atwork Space's portfolio in emerging business districts and growth corridors.

Leasing & Occupancy Management

Drive leasing strategies to achieve and maintain maximum occupancy across all operational centers. Generate new corporate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients. Conduct site visits, presentations, and commercial negotiations with prospective occupiers. Manage the complete leasing cycle from lead generation to closure and onboarding.

Client Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients and key stakeholders. Ensure exceptional customer experience and high client retention rates. Develop long-term relationships with enterprise clients, startups, and growing businesses. Identify upselling and expansion opportunities within existing client accounts.

Property Operations & Facility Management

Oversee daily operations of managed office facilities. Coordinate with facility teams, vendors, and service providers to ensure seamless operations. Monitor maintenance, safety compliance, security systems, utilities, and workplace standards. Ensure all centers consistently deliver premium workspace experiences.

Financial & Performance Management

Monitor center profitability, occupancy levels, and revenue performance. Prepare monthly performance reports, forecasts, and growth strategies. Optimize operational costs while enhancing customer experience. Drive revenue growth through leasing, renewals, and expansion opportunities.

Desired Qualifications & Experience

Experience

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, Managed Offices, Coworking Spaces, Business Centers, or Workspace Solutions. Proven track record in commercial leasing, property acquisition, and business development.

Industry Expertise

Strong understanding of Bengaluru's commercial office market. Experience working with landlords, developers, IPCs, and commercial real estate consultants. Knowledge of workspace trends, office design, occupancy planning, and corporate leasing.

Skills Required

Excellent negotiation and deal-closing abilities. Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Financial and commercial acumen. Outstanding communication and presentation skills. Fluency in English and Kannada preferred.
