Role Summary

Cohen Liuzzo PLLC is seeking a Real Estate Associate with 3-6 years of sophisticated transactional commercial real estate and multifamily housing experience. This is an opportunity to bring commercial expertise to a growing practice that handles complex, multi-layered affordable housing transactions.

What You'll Do

• Support in running deals and supervise deal team members
• Represent owners and developers of commercial and multifamily real estate
• Handle complex property acquisitions and dispositions
• Structure and negotiate joint ventures and development deals
• Execute financing transactions

Required Qualifications

• 3-6 years of transactional commercial real estate and multifamily housing experience
• Experience representing owners/developers of commercial/multifamily real estate
• Key roles in complex property acquisitions/dispositions, joint ventures, development deals, and financing transactions
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Confident drafting and editing abilities
• Commitment to excellence and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Affordable housing experience

Compensation

$155K-$185K, commensurate with experience
