Role Overview
We're looking for a creative, execution-focused professional who can build and nurture our community while driving brand collaborations, influencer marketing, PR initiatives, and engagement campaigns. The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable managing communities, executing marketing campaigns, and converting engagement into qualified business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, engage, and grow Balance Nutrition's online community across social media platforms.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers, creators, brands, healthcare professionals, and media partners.
- Plan, ideate, and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, brand collaborations, and PR initiatives.
- Create and execute engaging campaigns that strengthen community participation and brand awareness.
- Handle community responses across social media, WhatsApp, and email marketing while ensuring timely engagement.
- Manage campaign CTAs, customer journeys, and marketing funnels to improve lead generation and conversions.
- Drive user-generated content (UGC), customer stories, testimonials, webinars, podcasts, live sessions, and community initiatives.
- Collect customer feedback, conduct polls, and generate actionable insights to improve engagement.
- Work closely with the Brand, Content, Performance Marketing, and Sales teams to align campaigns and achieve business objectives.
- Convert community engagement into qualified leads and support monetization initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize engagement and conversion metrics.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in Community Management, Influencer Marketing, Brand Partnerships, PR, or Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of influencer outreach, campaign execution, and community building.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience handling social media engagement, WhatsApp marketing, and email marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of marketing funnels, lead generation, and campaign analytics.
- Ability to independently ideate, plan, and execute campaigns from concept to completion.
- Experience in the health, wellness, fitness, or lifestyle industry is an added advantage.
