Job Description
This is a challenging but rewarding role, supporting individuals that sleep rough on the streets of Kent, many of whom are entrenched, have complex support needs and have a history of non-engagement. You will assist with issues that may have led to the breakdown of previous accommodation, as well as maintaining strong relationships with partner agencies, ensuring that the needs of individuals are met.
What you need:
- A patient, compassionate understanding of individuals who have spent many years on the street and who may find it difficult to engage with mainstream services.
- Excellent communication, administrative and negotiation skills.
- Enjoy working both as part of a busy team and independently within the community.
- A passion for working in a client focused manner and be committed to achieving positive outcomes for the people you support.
- An ability to set clear goals and boundaries to empower clients identify with and reach their full potential.
- A high level of resilience and the ability to work under sustained pressure.

Working pattern: Working hours within 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Working days to be discussed upon appointment.
Contract type: Fixed Term - 31st March 2027
