Compliance & Accounting Assistant

Compliance experience with Lightspeed Evo or DealerTrack is a plus Expected Results 100% of title work is submitted accurately and within state-mandated timeframes. Lien perfections are tracked and completed with minimal delays. Accounting transactions (checks, journal entries, deposits) are processed error-free.

Bank deposits are completed daily, with secure and timely handling of funds. Customer and DMV inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally. Paperwork discrepancies are minimized through detailed reconciliation and communication.

Title and accounting records are audit-ready and compliant with all regulatory requirements. Resources Dealership Management System (DMS) e.g., Lightspeed Evo, DealerTrack Secure access to accounting and banking platforms Office equipment and supplies (printer, scanner, phone, filing system) On-the-job training and dealership process guides Support from Office Manager, Sales Managers, and Finance Team Access to DMV and titling resources and portals for multiple states Who We Are Bish's RV is one of the largest family-owned RV dealers in the country.
