Compliance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, especially those issued by Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) and other relevant authoritiesPrepare and submit regulatory reports and filings in a timely and accurate mannerSupport the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles within the organizationLiaise with regulators, including Asosiasi Perusahaan Pembiayaan Indonesia (APPI), and manage regulatory communications Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Law (Sarjana Hukum) from a reputable universityMinimum 3–5 years of experience in Legal and/or Compliance, preferably in multifinance, banking, or financial servicesStrong knowledge of financial services regulations, especially those issued by Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK)Familiar with regulatory reporting, compliance monitoring, and audit processesUnderstanding of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principlesFluent in English (written and spoken)
