The Construction Foreman plays a critical role in overseeing small residential construction teams, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, the foreman manages crews of 1-5 workers, coordinates resources, and maintains clear communication across all levels of the job site.

Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day activities of small construction crews on residential projects
- Manage and allocate resources, equipment, and materials efficiently
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards
- Coordinate project schedules to meet deadlines and milestones
- Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high workmanship standards
- Oversee equipment operation and maintenance
- Maintain accurate reporting and documentation of project progress
- Communicate effectively with the Project Manager and team members
- Identify and resolve problems promptly to avoid delays
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in construction supervision
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in construction management and blueprint reading
- Thorough knowledge of construction safety standards
- Strong team leadership and project scheduling skills
- Effective problem-solving and communication abilities
- Exceptional time management skills
- Experienced in equipment operation
