Our client is a leading General Contractor specializing in government, educational, municipal, and industrial projects throughout Indianapolis. They are seeking a talented Project Manager to join their growing team.Construction Project Manager – Job DescriptionThe Construction Project Manager oversees all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role leads project planning, coordination, and execution while serving as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.Key Responsibilities:Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to completionDevelop and maintain project schedules and budgetsCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnelMonitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality standards are metManage contracts, change orders, and project documentationEnforce safety regulations and compliance requirementsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)Proven experience managing construction projectsStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in project management software and construction toolsWork Environment:Combination of office and field work, requiring regular site visits and collaboration with diverse project stakeholders.Think you're a good fit?
