Job Description:As a Data Analytics professional, you will be responsible for both the technical and business-facing aspects of analytics:1. Turn Data Into Business DecisionsBuild clear, compelling storytelling decks for business leadersTranslate complex analytics into actionable insightsPresent recommendations confidently and influence stakeholdersPartner closely with business units (lending, funding, product, operations, etc.)2. Advanced Analytical WorkConduct diagnostic, descriptive, and trend analysisUse SQL, SAS, and Python to extract, transform, and analyze data3.

Consultant MindsetIdentify business problems independently and propose analytical solutionsChallenge assumptions, bring data-driven arguments, and guide decision-makingProvide structured project updates to management4. Project & Stakeholder ManagementManage analytics projects end-to-endWork with cross-functional teamsBuild strong relationships and communicate effectively with non-technical audiences
