Role: Content Developer

Location: Mumbai

Exp Range: 6- 10 yrs

Must Have:

• Content Development in Education domain
• Masters or Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and web publishing platforms.
• Familiarity with Instructional Design Approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design tools is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop original content for product websites (preferably learning products), blogs, social media, email campaigns, presentations, and other digital assets.
• Edit, proofread, and revise existing content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and subject matter experts to align content with strategic objectives and audience needs.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences to inform content strategy and creation.
• Optimize content for SEO and accessibility, incorporating relevant keywords and best practices.
• Manage and update content calendars to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed to maximize engagement and effectiveness.
• Maintain a consistent tone, style, and voice across all platforms in accordance with brand standards.
