Continuous Improvement Manager (Manufacturing) - North Antrim Coast Area - Permanent Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and leading meaningful change? Riada is working in partnership with a global manufacturing leader to recruit a Continuous Improvement Manager (Total Productive Management). Joining a high-performing operations team, you'll play a pivotal role in embedding lean principles, optimising performance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the business.
Key Details: £Market leading salary & benefits package Monday - Friday Company pension scheme Private Healthcare The Opportunity The Continuous Improvement Manager will champion TPM across a complex, fast moving production environment. You will lead transformational projects that enhance efficiency, quality, safety, and cost effectiveness while supporting the development of high performing teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on driving change, influencing cross functional teams, and embedding a culture where continuous improvement is the norm.
Key Responsibilities: Lead TPM deployment across the site, ensuring best practice adoption and benchmarking Drive lean improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance Act as the primary contact for TPM consultants and external partners Support annual budget development and year on year improvement planning Provide visible leadership within a unionised environment to embed a flexible, customer driven culture Ensure a safe and engaging workplace through strong housekeeping, 5S, and zero harm principles Conduct and participate in TPM audits Lead data collection, analysis, and reporting for performance reviews Serve as SAP super user and support systems optimisation The successful candidate will: Provide clear, authentic leadership and build strong relationships across the site Coach and develop teams to maximise capability and performance Champion new ways of working and embed continuous improvement behaviours Remove complexity and barriers to enable effective problem solving Demonstrate integrity, openness, and a genuine interest in people Criteria: Third level qualification in Lean Manufacturing Minimum 3 years' experience in a lean six sigma or fast moving manufacturing environment Proven track record in continuous improvement, cultural change, and team based project leadership Strong financial acumen and communication skills Experience with SAP or similar systems Ability to work independently while building effective relationships
