Job DescriptionContracts Manager - Main Contractor - South Dublin Project - Residential Our client, a Main Contractor, is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee a high density residential development in South Dublin, delivering up to 120 units over the next 18 months to 2 years. This person needs to have carried out a similar role previously, have good experience in the residential sector from preconstruction stage to include planning & design to the building & delivery of large scale projects. The ideal candidate also needs to be very commercially aware, can understand & update programs, deal with design teams etc.

This position is ideal for a professional with significant experience in managing multiple teams on various scaled residential projects for main contractors or developers.
