Join to apply for the PROJECT COORDINATOR role at Centerline Conveyor Systems The Project Coordinator supports all administrative tasks of a project including but not limited to invoicing, scheduling, hosting weekly meetings, organize the production schedule to ensure timely delivery to field to meet installation schedule, report results and issues to the project manager. Communicate with various departments and subcontractors in an effective and productive manner
Manage project schedule and budget Enter and manage accounts receivable invoicing Coordinate job site rentals and enter corresponding purchase orders in QuickBooks
Enter timesheets of field employees into payroll system Manage change orders Monitor project progress and create project status reports for project managers and stakeholders
Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored Highly proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Associate’s degree in business administration, management, or related field preferred Experience working with customers in planning and troubleshooting issues. Willingness to travel as required (%)
