Our Plc client is looking for an experienced Corporate Finance Manager to join their M&A team. You will report to the Group Corporate Finance Director, join high-impact projects, play a key role in M&A activity and work across the full deal lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the execution of M&A transactions, from initial evaluation through to signing and completion
- Coordinate due diligence workstreams and manage external advisers
- Foster strong collaborative relationships throughout the transaction process
- Support the structuring of transactions, including joint ventures and project-level investments
- Prepare clear, insightful materials for Executive Committees and Board-level discussions
Key Skills
- In-depth, demonstrable experience in M&A advisory or corporate finance, with strong exposure to live deal execution
- Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills, with a thoughtful and detail-oriented approach
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and relationship-led working style
