Our Plc client is looking for an experienced Corporate Finance Manager to join their M&A team. You will report to the Group Corporate Finance Director, join high-impact projects, play a key role in M&A activity and work across the full deal lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of M&A transactions, from initial evaluation through to signing and completion
• Coordinate due diligence workstreams and manage external advisers
• Foster strong collaborative relationships throughout the transaction process
• Support the structuring of transactions, including joint ventures and project-level investments
• Prepare clear, insightful materials for Executive Committees and Board-level discussions

Key Skills

• In-depth, demonstrable experience in M&A advisory or corporate finance, with strong exposure to live deal execution
• Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills, with a thoughtful and detail-oriented approach
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and relationship-led working style
