Key ResponsibilitiesOversee financial performance across multiple business unitsLead group-level budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidationAnalyze variances and provide insights at both entity and group levelMonitor group cash flow, liquidity, and intercompany funding structureSupport strategic initiatives, M&A evaluation, and business expansionLiaise with BU finance teams and senior stakeholders for alignment QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance or related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience, preferably in holding/group structure or multi-entity environmentStrong understanding of financial consolidation and group reportingExperience in financial modeling, investment analysis, and business case evaluationSolid knowledge of cash flow management and intercompany transactionsStrong stakeholder management and ability to work across diverse business unitsAnalytical, detail-oriented, and able to see both big picture & granular details
