The successful candidate will manage transactional matters from inception through closing, draft and negotiate transaction documents, and provide practical legal advice to clients. Duties
- Handle mergers and acquisitions and equity financing transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate corporate and transactional documents.
- Manage general corporate matters and transaction-related case management.

- Provide legal counsel to clients on corporate and transactional issues.
- Assist with transaction planning, due diligence, and closing activities.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of corporate and transactional legal experience.
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Admitted to and in good standing with the Georgia Bar.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
