Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Corporate Sales Manager - Inside Sales to generate qualified meetings with senior HR decision-makers in large organizations. The role focuses on identifying prospective corporate clients, engaging key stakeholders, and scheduling high-quality virtual and in-person meetings for Mamily's leadership team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys B2B outreach, relationship building and opening doors with enterprise decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research target companies across priority industries.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective corporate clients.
- Reach out to senior decision-makers including:
- CHROs
- Head of Total Rewards
- Compensation & Benefits Leaders
- Benefits Managers
- DE&I Leaders
- Wellbeing Leaders
- HR Business Partners
- Generate qualified meetings through outbound calling, email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp outreach.
- Coordinate virtual and in-person meetings for the leadership team.
- Qualify prospects by understanding current employee wellness initiatives, challenges and buying timelines.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and daily activity reports.
- Execute structured follow-up campaigns and nurture prospective clients.
- Work closely with the founders and business leadership to drive enterprise sales opportunities.
- Meet monthly meeting-generation and pipeline targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2- 5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Appointment Setting or B2B Sales.
- Experience of outreach to HR leaders, CXOs or enterprise decision-makers is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting multi-channel outreach.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms and email outreach tools is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
