Job Description
What You'll Do
- Identify, prospect, and engage with corporate clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Build and nurture relationships with HR leaders, L&D teams, business heads, and decision-makers.
- Understand client learning and business requirements, and recommend customized corporate training and certification solutions.
- Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and virtual/client meetings to present solutions.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and close enterprise deals.
- Own the complete B2B sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to deal closure and handover for delivery.
- Work closely with the Learning Solutions, Marketing, and Delivery teams to create tailored client proposals.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets while maintaining healthy sales pipelines.
- Maintain accurate opportunity tracking, forecasting, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Build long-term client relationships to drive repeat business, cross-selling, upselling, and referrals.
- Represent the organization at industry events, webinars, and networking forums to generate new business opportunities.
What We're Looking For (Core Competencies)
- Experience: 1–5 years of proven B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in corporate training, EdTech, HR solutions, SaaS, consulting, or professional services.
- Consultative Selling: Ability to understand business challenges and recommend value-driven learning solutions.
- Communication & Influence: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Relationship Management: Ability to engage with CXOs, HR leaders, L&D professionals, and key decision-makers.
- Ownership Mindset: Strong ability to manage the complete sales pipeline independently and deliver revenue targets.
- Execution Excellence: High follow-up discipline, CRM proficiency, and structured opportunity management.
- Business Development: Strong prospecting, networking, and lead-generation capabilities.
- Commercial Acumen: Ability to negotiate pricing, manage proposals, and close enterprise deals.
- Account Growth: Experience in client retention, renewals, cross-selling, and upselling is an added advantage.
